  • We successfully concluded a partition case after a bench trial which involved real property jointly owned by two unmarried partners who could not reach agreement after their romantic relationship was terminated.
  • We successfully concluded a commercial lease dispute involving tenants under a commercial lease in which the firm’s client, the Landlord, recovered a judgment of over $400,000 in damages, where the tenants claimed they owed nothing. This followed after a year’s long fight to remove the tenants from possession, which was also successfully concluded before judgment was entered.
  • We successfully defended our client, an existing board member and a former board member of a Homeowners Association from charges of breach of fiduciary duty and malfeasance.
